Brennan Financial Group merges with 212 Capital Group
Brennan Financial Group and 212 Capital Group have combined.
Together, the firms have eight offices in as many Northeast Ohio cities. Brennan brings 21 advisers and seven other employees to the new firm, which will be called 212 Capital Group, while 34 advisers and 10 other employees come from 212.
Curt Lindsay, managing partner of 212, will remain as managing partner of the combined firm. The firm intends to continue adding advisors, a spokeswoman said.
The spokeswoman said the decision to combine the firms was made to increase market share in this area as well as to better utilize economies of scale. The firm has offices in Ashtabula, Highland Hills, Lakewood, Tallmadge, Toledo, Westlake, Willoughby and Youngstown.
