Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine wins $2 million grant
The Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University has received a $2 million federal grant to upgrade research labs.
The grant from the National Center for Research Resources involves stimulus money and will enable the Lerner College to renovate existing labs and build new research space to diagnose and find cures for cancer.
In addition, Ohio State University received nearly $12 million and the University of Cincinnati was granted more than $13 million for research laboratories.
