Done Deals: Premier Packaging signs 66-month lease at 4400 Delp
Premier Packaging has signed a 66-month lease for 61,350 square feet at 4400 Delp after moving from Memphis Depot Business Park.
The contract packager had been at the former military installation for 10 years.
The soft market in commercial real estate made the move attractive, said Bill McNeil, owner of Premier Packaging.
“With the economic conditions out there, there were a lot of good deals in the marketplace,” he said.
The business has a potential customer that will allow it to grow at the new space, he said.
Premier Packaging typically employs 25 to 30 people.
