Done Deals: Traf-Mark Inc. purchases property in Piperton
Traf-Mark Inc. has purchased for $890,000 a 10,264-square-foot building on 3.7 acres at 280 Mann Drive in Piperton.
The industrial team of Andy Cates, Preston Thomas and Mike Driscoll at Colliers Wilkinson Snowden represented the seller, Piperton Office Holdings. Karen Taber of Crye-Leike represented the buyer.
John Deere signs lease
John Deere Landscape, a subsidiary of John Deere, has signed a five-year lease for 5,000 square feet on two acres at 6711 Reece Road.
Elliot Embry and Hank Martin of NAI Saig represented the tenant, and Brian Califf of NAI Saig represented the landlord, Gregory LLC.
Magnolia Partners LLC has signed a new, three-year lease for 2,140 square feet at 4200 Lamar, Suite 102. Embry and Martin of NAI Saig represented the landlord, U.S. Bank.
Bonus Care of America LLC has renewed for five years a lease for 2,240 square feet at 2175 Business Center Drive, Suite 3. Martin of NAI Saig Co. represented the landlord, CP Perimeter Point East LLC. Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the tenant.
Danver’s building sold
Rafaat and Talaat Khmous, and Ziad Ozrail have purchased a former Danver’s restaurant building, 2871 S. Perkins, from Turley Partnership 2005. Carson Claybrook and Gary Shanks of The Shopping Center Group represented the seller of the 3,724-square-foot building.
Germantown Exeter Partners has sold 1908 Exeter in Germantown to S. Meade Moore III and Elizabeth Moore. Patrick Reilly of CB Richard Ellis Memphis represented the seller. Jon Albright of Investec Realty Services represented the buyer.
GEICO has signed a new, 38-month lease for 1,697 square feet in Grove Park Center, 4515 Poplar, Suite 329. Michael Donahoe of Investec Realty Services represented the landlord, RMR Investments.
Attendant Care Services has signed a new, 65-month lease for 1,686 square feet at Grove Park Center, 4515 Poplar, Suite 327.

CMA Inc. has signed a new lease for 8,712 square feet of warehouse space at 1539 Evadne. Jody McKibben of Investec Realty Services represented the landlord.
Tiger Logistics has signed a new, three-year lease for 11,250 square feet of warehouse space at 4209 Space Center Drive in Jackson, Miss. Albright of Investec Realty Services represented the tenant. Lindsey Francois of East Group Properties represented the landlord, 1155 One, LLC.
Tax service renews
Smart Choice Tax Service, owned by Joyce Hunter, has renewed a lease for 1,200 square feet at the Village of Hedgerow, 6723 Shelby Drive.

Heart & Soul Catering, owned by Chuck Goldstein, has renewed a lease for 1,080 square feet at 698 N. Waring.

Office space sells
Tallus Investments LLC has purchased for $120,000 a 2,400-square-foot office building at 3688 Homewood from Danny Strickland.
American Roofing Company will use the building as an office/warehouse.
