Done Deals: White Station Tower tenant renews lease
Russell Montgomery and Associates, which provides outplacement services, executive coaching and leadership development, has renewed its lease for 3,019 square feet at White Station Tower.
Jacob Biddle and Kemp Conrad of Commercial Advisors represented the tenant, and Laura Taylor represented the landlord.
MCS Industrial signs
MCS Industrial has signed a lease for 5,755 square feet at East Pointe Business Center, South Mendenhall at Vantech Drive. Mark Jenkins and Phil Degastino Jr. of Commercial Alliance Management represented the landlord, The Simpson Organization. Bill Roberts of Capital Realty represented the tenant.
Buchart Horn has renewed a lease for 3,292 square feet at Lenox Office Park, 6730 Lenox Center Court. Bentley Pembroke of Commercial Alliance Management represented the landlord. Matt Weathersby of Commercial Advisors represented the tenant.
Loeb tenants renew
Fantastic Sam’s, owned by Steve and Judy Rowland, has renewed a lease with Loeb Properties for 1,600 square feet at Daybreak Shops, 6490 Memphis-Arlington Road in Bartlett.
Vivid Fashion Jewelry, owned by Hye Kim, has renewed a lease with Loeb Properties for 1,200 square feet at Trinity Commons, 680 N. Germantown Parkway.
Jackson Hewitt Tax Service has renewed a lease with Loeb Properties for 1,243 square feet at Sycamore View Shops, 2119 Sycamore View Road.
Liberty Tax, owned by Mike Conway, has renewed a lease with Loeb Properties for 1,393 square feet at Trinity Commons.
