Rowlands buys Otten Penna
Manchester city centre law firm Rowlands has taken over a South Manchester-based family and mental health practice and is close to completing another acquisition.
Rowlands has bought Northenden-based Otten Penna solicitors for a nominal sum.
Sue Cragg, one of Otten Penna’s two partners, is joining Rowlands as a solicitor.
The other partner, Jai Penna, has left to become a circuit judge.
All the other 20 staff at the practice are being transferred.
The Otten Penna brand name is being retained.
