There Are Some Methods To Save Health On Work.
Try to follow some simple recommendations to feel fresh on a job.
1. Look away from the monitor.
Once in half an hour at least for two minutes you should look anywhere, only not in the monitor. The best variant is to look in the window. At any possibility print documents and read the paper version.
2. Stretch your legs more often.
If there is a possibility, ignore the lift and go on foot. Stand up from the table at the slightest pretext. Even sitting, it is possible to stretch and change position in space.

7. Choose a convenient chair.
It is especially important, if your work is sedentary, and at many it, alas, such. The wrong bearing during the day is fraught with serious problems for a backbone. If it is impossible to change an inconvenient chair in any way, try to improve it for yourself: purchase an orthopedic underlayer or a pillow.
8. Observe temperature rate.

Do not be lazy and go to have dinner somewhere from office. It is both change of situation, and walk, and fresh air. If all public catering is only inside, try to find occasions at least for small walks nearby. As a last resort it is possible to leave and walk simply round a building.
10. Eat an easy lunch.
You will want sleep after a substantial lunch, working capacity will fall, and irritability will amplify. Even if you are very hungry, do not overeat – the feeling of saturation all the same will come.
11. Do not wear high heels.
If you are forced to go in inconvenient footwear, put it off at each possibility or keep on work some convenient shoes for less representation purposes.
12. Don’t drink energetic drinks.
Better drink natural coffee, than power drinks if nothing more helps you to wake up. The constant use of energetic drinks increases pressure and sugar level in blood, provokes a tachycardia and even depression. Extremely harmfully is to combine such drinks with alcohol.
