I think your review was a tad too kind! My pet beef with this lounge as with others and particularly Virgin is that one has to queue for coffee. By all means have a 'barrista' if you think people find that 'cool' but also provide good coffee machines (with good coffee) for those who are aver...

A ho-hum review. Small point but those WiFi speeds are atrocious. Better off to use one's own 4G as I suspect most would.Know the lounge well and its certainly streets ahead of Singapore Airlines' which is cramped and hasn't had a makeover for over five years

The ACCC is a joke anyway. They are never proactive and if they do do something they turn to water at the slightest push back from the guilty party.

I'm departing Brisbane for Rome via Singapore in a couple of weeks on SQ236 - a VTL flight. I"m triple vacced. Having researched Singapore Govt, and Italian Govt requirments it is pretty clear that one does NOT now need a PCR test to board that flight however SIA"s own site seems a little vague....

Like 'Dartpro' I live in QLD. Once the international borders open, as decided by the Federal Goverment, I don't understand at a practical level how QLD can actually stop one from leaving on an international flight from say Brisbane. Something is going on because last week tried to book a business class redemption Singapore-Brisbane one way and they wanted 380,000 points!! Economy is about 29,000!
