Qantas Lifetime Gold Frequent Flyer status guide [2023]

Just hit LTG a few weeks ago. I have a few years of travel ahead which will keep me at Platinum but I’m sure in time when I stop LTG will be nice.

I tried yesterday. Seems my AUH - MEL flight in J is on a 2 class 777. Maybe Sydney has the 3 class config but i have been assigned a seat thats only available in the 2 class 777. My flight is late July for reference.

This isn’t an upgrade at all. 777 is inferior to the 787 in every class in my opinion. It seems more like a play for more economy seats than anything else. Booked a trip to Europe recently in business class and with this downgrade will try and cancel and get on emirates or Qatar. Very disap...

This really isn’t an upgrade.the 787 is a far better plane to fly. Especially in business class as the 787 is light years better in my opinion. I would not have booked an upcoming business class trip to Europe if I had thought this would happen. Seems a grab for more economy seats at the co...
